Can I leave a customer review and/or STAR ratings if I don't have a customer account?
Only customers who have created accounts may leave customer reviews or issue STAR ratings. This is done to ensure the accuracy/validity of reviews if they are contested.
As a contractor, is there any way to remove negative reviews?
Contractors may request a query from LYNK administration to contest inaccurate/slanderous reviews. LYNK Admin will follow up with the customer to confirm/deny the validity of the review. If they review is deemed inaccurate or invalid, the review will be removed.
Can I connect my social media accounts to my LYNK profile?
Contractors may connect their LYNK profiles to their Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts at no additional cost.
Are LYNK payments made monthly, bi-annually or annually?
All LYNK payments are made monthly, with no requirement for contractors to commit to payments beyond each month.
